What is Alexander Technique?

Alexander Technique is about how you move your body and how you keep it still.
At work, at school, during leisure time, in daily life, during holiday, at party time, whenever.

It´s about sharpening your consciousness of your sensory motor, and about achieving a better coordination. This can make you perform more efficiently, which means more precise, faster, with less mistakes and more ease and precision. You get less tired, and pain might lessen or even disappear. Alexander Technique can make you long-lasting.

Most people start taking lessons because they wish to prevent or rehabilitate problems in their moving body. Some because they wish to perform better, whatever their skill may be.
